This is because mujahadah activities are mandatory activities of pesantren that have been socialized at the beginning of the learning year. However, the reality condition is that some students of al-Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School still feel burdened by the existence of dawn before mujahadah activities which are carried out as a form of riyadloh, train discipline and shape the character of student responsibility. This is due to the dense time and activities of the students who are also students. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of student mujahadah. As well as how mujahadah management in shaping the character value of responsibility at the al-Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with four steps, namely: Transcript, Coding, Grouping, Comparing and Contrasting. As well as data validity techniques by means of source triangulation and engineering triangulation. The results showed that: First, the management of student mujahadah at al-Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School has been arranged systematically starting from: a) Planning, starting with a diploma from the caregiver which is then transformed to all students. b) Organizing, carried out by dividing the duties of each member of the takmir. c) Implementation or mobilization, which is a process carried out by providing motivation and advice to students. d) Supervision, this supervision process is divided into two, namely supervision by caregivers and also supervision by management. Second, the management of mujahadah students in shaping the character value of responsibility through three components, namely: a) moral knowing that the students know that mujahadah is a positive activity that aims to shape the character of discipline and responsibility of students. b) moral feeling, namely the students believe that they also feel the benefits of mujahadah activities so that they want to carry out mujahadah without any coercion from Anyone. c) moral behavior which is the result of moral knowing and moral feeling which eventually forms habits or good habits in students such as habitually waking up at dawn, discipline and being responsible for their obligations both inside and outside the Islamic Boarding School.
