%X This research was motivated by the process of registering licenses to practice and seminars at IDI Sleman district which were touched by technological advances which were still carried out manually making it difficult to access existing information. The aim of this research is to design and build a system capable of providing reliable online information and assisting in the process of egistering a license to practice.This study uses a qualitative research method with a strategy. The data collection method used is a literature study. The system design method used is the Agile Scrum method. That The result of this research is a system that can be used to record and monitor the registration process for licenses to practice and seminars at IDI in Sleman district.
