The crime of employing children as sex workers will have an impact on the good name of the child, physically, mentally, and socially, in this case in the criminal justice system children who are victims for the first time will face the police, whether or not police services will have an impact on the fate of victims, namely children. There is a need for legal protection of children as victims of commercial sex workers in the perspective of Human Rights (HAM) and a form of legal protection for children as victims of labor. The type of research used is field research or better known as (field research) with a combination of library research. This research is an analytical descriptive research, with the method applied in this study is empirical juridical, in this study the primary source is data obtained from the interview process with the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) Ditreskrimum Polda DIY and NGO Rifka Annisa Women's Crisis Center, secondary data sources of the Law and related library materials, Data that has been successfully collected will be analyzed qualitatively using Analytical descriptive method by using deductive patterns. The results of this study show that regulations in protecting children as victims of prostitution in Indonesia by fulfilling their rights, namely the right to life, the right to education, the right to health, the right to religion, social rights and the right to get legal assistance and protection. Likewise, according to the DIY PERDA and the Law on children are regulated in it. Meanwhile, the protection provided by the DIY Regional Police by providing protection for children as victims employed as commercial sex workers through preventive and repressive approaches. The preventive approach aims to prevent exploitation by means of education, socialization and patrol, while the repressive approach involves the investigation, arrest, protection of victims, and prosecution of perpetrators. %Z Pembimbing: Prof. Drs.
