Even some of the child beggars there are often found begging forcibly by following pilgrims and pulling pilgrims' clothes. Without them realizing it is against the legal protection of children. Children's rights that should be fulfilled but should not be felt by child beggars around the Sunan Gunung Jati Cemetery. The existence of child beggars is no longer a stranger, but if this is not handled immediately it will become more ingrained. The type of research used in this research is field research as research material, namely researchers go directly to the intended location as the research object to be studied and then use data in the form of interviews, observations, books, articles, laws and other legal materials. The approach in compiling this research is analytic descriptive in nature, namely trying to describe a symptom, an event that occurs and paying attention to the characteristics of the social phenomenon studied, the purpose of the analytic descriptive research is to make a factual, accurate description of the characteristics, facts and relationships between phenomenon investigated, the nature of this research is also qualitative. The results of this study reveal that there are several factors that underlie the lack of public legal awareness of child beggars around the Sunan Gunung Jati Cemetery, namely mindset, environmental, economic and cultural factors. Government policies that are ineffective because there is no continuation of the policy regarding child beggars around the Tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati, even though this has been regulated in Cirebon Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 and has been regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.} }
