The theory used is about media strategy, message strategy, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, online marketing and social media, mobile marketing, and personal marketing. The method used is using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Where, the data was obtained by interview techniques, observation and documentation directly at the Channa Ginan Aquatic Fish Shop. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study indicate that there are three important elements in increasing sales, namely (1) education, such as criteria for quality fish, then education on how to care for Channa fish, then feeding the fish (2 ) selling, where with the educational content that has been implemented earlier, of course it can provide feedback / can facilitate sales and (3) entertainment, where Ginan Aquatic creates entertainment content in his posts such as showing off his best fish collections, then also regarding his visits to collectors -other channa fish collectors, and various entertainment content related to channa fish. Then for marketing communications it has also gone well starting from advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, online marketing and social media, mobile marketing, and personal marketing.
