CV Tunggal Darma should have given the rights that its workers should have. However, in practice it still cannot be fully implemented regarding wages that are not in accordance with the District Minimum Wage and occupational health in the form of cleaning facilities. This research was conducted to answer the problems that had been formulated by the authors, namely regarding the fulfillment of workers' rights at Pertashop Kismantoro according to statutory regulations and a review of Islamic law on fulfilling workers' rights at Pertashop Kismantoro. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive form of analysis. The type of research used is field research using a juridical-empirical approach, namely an approach by studying applicable legal provisions and what is happening in reality in society or the actual situation in society. Sources of data in this study used primary data in the form of observations and interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from library materials in the form of books, journals, legislation and articles. The results of this study indicate that the rights of workers at CV Tunggal Darma have not been fully granted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. These rights are the right to get a decent wage and the right to get occupational health in the form of cleaning facilities. The factors behind the non-fulfillment of workers' rights are because CV Tunggal Darma has not been able to provide all the rights that must be given to workers and the lack of knowledge of workers about the rights they should get.
