        abstract = {In the modern era like today, many farmers are only pursuing profits without regard to quality and honesty, so to improve the quality of planting and good land use, a farmer should have noble character which is obtained from religious motivation through the teachings of the Naqsyabandiyyah Order.
The formulation of the problem in this research is about how the process of entering the Naqsyabandiyyah order among farmers and the reasons why the teachings of the Naqsyabandiyyah order are still strong even though they are in modern times. While this study aims to find out how the character of Islamic farmers can be formed from the influence of the teachings of the Naqsyabandiyyah congregation in Simangambat Village which are practiced by farmers in their daily lives.
The data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The primary data was interviews with the Mursyid of the Nasyabandiyyah order in Simangambat Village, traditional leaders, and farmers in Simangammbat Village. While the secondary data includes books on the Naqsyabandiyyah congregation, journals related to the title of the research as well as website pages that provide various information about the research.
The results of the study show that the Naqsyabandiyyah congregation plays a role in shaping the Islamic character of each individual farmer, so that they work and use the land better and always instill honesty in every action.}
