%T STRATEGI PENINGKATAN MUTU PERPUSTAKAAN PASCA AKREDITASI DI PERPUSTAKAAN MAN KOTA TEGAL DAN SMA N 3 TEGAL
%X The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of accreditation and strategies to improve library quality in Library of MAN Kota Tegal and SMA N 3 Tegal after library accreditation in 2019. The research method used the descriptive qualitative method. The collection techniques trough observation, interviewa, and documentation. The research findings were the examined for the validity of the data trough triangulation, the data were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. After that, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are drawn. The results of this research analysis include: (1) accreditation has had a considerable impact on The Library of MAN Kota Tegal and SMA N 3 Tegal, there is an increase in the quality of the library because there are many changes in it. (2) based on the SWOT analysis implemented on the internal and external factorss of both libraries, the quality improvement strategies are in Quadran I with an aggressive strategy. Then the S-O strategy (Strengths – Opportunities) is the righy strategy to be implemented in both libraries.
