Generaly, this phase divide into two level of abstraction, that are userrequirement which have a higher level of abstraction and usualy captured within the user statements in human natural language and system-requirement which have lower level of abstraction which must be done in a more formal language, use the modelling language within specified notations. For this time, software developers still translate the user requirements to the system requirements manually, and it has a high depedency to the knowledge of the developers about the business process of the system and there is no certain rules or frameworks to do it automatically. That manual process increase the posibility about differencess between user requirements and system requirements. So the entire software requirements become incomplete, inconsistence and incorrect. The formulation of transformation method from user-requirement to systemrequirement is in the way with the main challenge of object-oriented design and analysis, that is how to identify and exctract a needed elements to compose the object-oriented models. Researcher and developer in the areas of software enggineering are in the same argument if this process are very difficult, abstract and ill-defined. The objection of this research is to purpose the frameworks and rules to transforming user-requirement within a scenario model to the system requirements within the Shlaer-Mellor OOA Model. The framework is based on the scenario table composed by gramatical structur of the natural language which usually used by the software analyzer to capture the requiremets from users. The analysis is focused on the semantic structure of the scenarios, to find a pattern to identify an elements which composethe information model of the Shlaer-Mellor OOA method.} }
