ATPUSI's goal is to enhance the professionalism of school librarians, develop librarian, documentation and informational competencies, and contribute and put into practice skill school library staff for the nation and the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the status of organizational culture and determine the competency level of school librarians, as well as to determine the influence of organizational culture on the competence of school librarians in ATPUSI Bantul Regency. This study was conducted using combined quantitative asociative. Questionnaire data collection technique. The data analysis techniques used are classical hypothesis testing, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing analysis. The results show that the organizational culture of the ATPUSI Bantul Regency school librarian is at a good level with a score of 3.23. The proficiency of ATPUSI Bantul Regency member school librarians is good with an assessment score of 3.09. Based on the results in the table above, the R value as the correlation coefficient is 0.847, while the R squared value as the coefficient of determination is 0.718. These results can show the influence of the independent variable (X) in general on the increase and decrease of the dependent variable (Y). It can be seen that the independent variable (organizational culture) has 71.8% ability to affect the variance of the dependent variable (the librarian's ability), and another 28.2% is outside the organizational culture. may affect the capacity of library staff.
