N2  - Interest in learning is one of the factors that determines effectiveness in learning. there are several students who are often tired in class, students often arrive late. As an effort to overcome this problem, the leadership of the Darul Inayah Islamic boarding school created a tutoring service program to facilitate its class XII students. Based on this background, the author attempts to describe and analyze the stages of tutoring services provided by Islamic boarding school leaders, guidance and counseling teachers and OPPD coaches to increase students' interest in studying in class XII Darul Inayah Islamic Boarding School, West Bandung.
This research is a type of qualitative research using qualitative descriptive analysis. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were Islamic boarding school leaders, guidance and counseling teachers, OPPD supervisors and class XII students at the Darul Inayah Islamic boarding school. Data analysis is carried out by compiling and processing data obtained from the field, then analyzing it so that conclusions are drawn. How to determine the validity of the author's data using triangulation techniques.
The results of the research show that there are five stages of tutoring services to increase students' interest in studying in class tutoring, seen from the development of students who take part in learning with joy and enjoyment, are interested, and participate in learning activities.
