In addition, Jamiyatul Quro' Wal Hufadz Islamic Boarding School also has a superior program, namely the art of reading the Qur'an. Until now, Jamiyatul Quro' Wal Hufadz boarding school has about 55 students and has succeeded in creating Qori' and Qori'ah. This is evident from the students of the Jamiyatul Quro' Wal Hufadz boarding school who have become Qori' and Qoriah' and have a good influence on the community and actively participate in da'wah activities through the art of reading the Qur'an as an effort to form self-ability in the younger generation, especially in the field of reading the Qur'an. The implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading art program at Jamiyatul Quro' Wal Hufadz Islamic boarding school aims to improve the spirituality and self-ability of students. The program management is to hold a superior program, namely direct coaching by a teacher to his students by conveying knowledge about the art of reading the Koran, therefore the problem formulation that researchers take in this study is how the management of the Jamiyatul Quro' Wal Hufadz Islamic boarding school program in improving the ability of students to read the Qur'an. The method used in this research is qualitative research with data collection methods using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Interviews were conducted with selected resource persons from the boarding school as many as 5 resource persons. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative by writing down the results of the interview and further describing the contents of the interview results and strengthened by theoretical support from previous research journals. The results obtained from this study are that the management of boarding school activities in improving the ability of the art of reading the Koran runs routinely with good management which is divided into four parts, namely the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling.
