There by including one of the key public relations as a bench mark of an organization's success, a significant public relations role is sometimes not running as the mandate of the Public Relations,function, or known by the term Public Relations. All too often miss communication in Public Relations is an internal communication within an organization. It is the authors focus on research, that internal communication is done by public relations organizations in charge of internal communication within the organization, whether a fellow employee or a form of communication is called horizontal communication, as well as vertical communication is personal communication process between superiors and subordinates or vice versa. which became the focus of this research is the organization's internal communications. This research is done in order to explain the function of public relations in, the internal communication and how its implementation in organisasion. This study named the title: IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAJEMENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS IN CAFE BLANDONGAN AT YOGYAKARTA Qualitative Descriptive Study of Vertical and Horizontal Communication in Organizations. That's to answer the question: how implementate public relations function in carrying out that communication is public relations in the internal organization. As for the descriptive qualitative research study which took place at the Ministry of communication and informatics Cafe Blandongan Special Region Yogyakarta. Based on guessed that made is the only government agency that is considered has run public relations functions in particular and communication in general in running the government organization.
