Apart from testing the direct influence on customer decisions, this research also contains a knowledge variable as a moderating variable. The sample in this study consisted of 150 respondents from the research object of students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University. This research uses quantitative methods with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of this research show that directly perceptions of technology, risk, handling complaints, knowledge have a significant influence on customer decisions. Then, knowledge can strengthen technology perceptions of customer decisions, while knowledge cannot moderate the influence of risk and complaint handling on customer decisions.
