%T ADOPSI MOBILE BANKING: PENGEMBANGAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY 2 (UTAUT 2) PADA NASABAH BSI PROVINSI RIAU
%X The rapid development of islamic banking technoogy in the 5.0 era demands innovative banking services maximize performance in serving customers. The purose of this research is to determine the influence of the variables in the UTAUT 2 model and additional variables used as a model development in explaining intentions and behavior in adopting BSI mobile banking. Data were collected through distribution of online questionnaires (google form) to 360 customers who adopted BSI mobile banking services and then analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM-PLS version 3.0). The research results show that the variables of price value, habit and security variables have a significant positive influence on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, habit, personal innovativeness, and behavioral intention have a significant positive influence on use behavior, and effort expectancy has an influence but negative impact on behavioral intention. The empirical results in this study imply that the proposed model extension may not be fully implicable, indicating that the adoption level still needs improvement.
