So that in the process of solving it there are several obstacles that cause psychological problems such as depression, stress, anxiety and so on which affect the level of subjective well-being. This research aims to determine the relationship between social support and optimism and the subjective well-being of students hafidz. The method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method. The number of subjects studied was 107 (N=107) using quota sampling techniques. This research instrument uses a subjective well-being scale, a social support scale and an optimism scale. Data analysis via IBM Statistics 23 software uses multiple linear regression correlation analysis test techniques and the Pearson product moment correlation test. The research results show simultaneously the correlation coefficient (r) value is 0.749, the R Square value is 0.562 and the sig. 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05) which means there is a significant positive relationship between social support and optimism and the subjective well-being of students haifdz. The higher the social support and optimism, the higher the subjective well-being of students hfidz vice versa. Meanwhile, the partial correlation value (r) between social support and subjective well-being is 0.608 and sig. 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05). The correlation value (r) between optimism and subjective well-being is 0.715 and sig. 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05). Therefore, from this research it can be concluded that students hafidz should be able to seek or get social support from the surrounding environment and be able to have optimism, so that their subjective well-being is high.} }
