This research aims to analyze the persuasive communication delivered by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy as an effort to increase the spirit of worship among the people in Sumberejo village, sub-district. Banyuputih district. Situbondo.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Technique Data collection is: interviews, observation and documentation, techniques data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Validity The data used in this research was source triangulation.
The result of this research is that in his efforts to increase the spirit of worship in the Sumberejo Village community, KHR Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy used a persuasive communication strategy that combines education on religious values, inspirational stories, active participation in religious activities, and community empowerment. Through this approach, he succeeded in strengthening and changing people's attitudes and beliefs, stimulating them to action, and building strong social bonds within the community. This strategy not only increases the spirit of worship but also creates an inclusive and harmonious religious environment in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency.}
