description: Education as a manifestation of human culture has dynamic changes  according to children's development. Scouting education is a form of education  carried out outside the classroom which has the aim of character education in which  there is life skills education needed by children in the future, these life skills are  adapted to the child's personal, social, academic and vocational needs. The aim of  this research is to see whether there is an influence of the implementation of scouting  extracurriculars on life skills, both partially and simultaneously, in class V students  of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Way Jepara District.  Researchers used a quantitative and descriptive inferential approach using  the ex post facto method with correlational analysis to see whether there was a  relationship between variable (X), namely the implementation of scouting, and  variable (Y), namely life skills. As well as to find out about the implementation of  extracurricular scouting. The subjects of this research were fundraising students from  class V of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires  that had been validated by experts and interviews.  The results of the research carried out show that (1) Scouting extracurricular  implementation has been carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as an effort to provide  life skills training which is provided through activities carried out during  extracurricular activities (2) Partial hypothesis testing results were obtained that  extracurricular implementation has a significant effect on personal skills. , while  there is no significant influence on social, academic and vocational skills. (3)  Simultaneous hypothesis testing concluded that there was no significant influence  between the implementation of scouting extracurriculars on the life skills of class V  students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Way Jepara District.
