The aim of this research is to know the pricing rule in Islamic law, and to explain pricing in Afghanistan and analyze it from the perspective of Islamic law.  In writing this research, the researcher uses two descriptive and analytical approaches. He begins by describing the views of Islamic scholars on the issue of pricing, and then analyzes what pricing is in Afghanistan according to what was stated in Islamic law.  This research leads to the knowledge that the principle in Islamic law is the prohibition of pricing, and the prevention of the intervention of the governor or his deputy or a special administration in the prices of commodities and others in normal times. However there are cases and times when it is acceptable, for example, the need to intervene in pricing arises, to be involved. The chosen opinion is that pricing when necessary does not depend on a specific commodity without another; rather, it is in everything, in the interest of people and warding off harm.
