%X This research aims to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, and Assertive Behavior on the work readiness of FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 students. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the levels of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, assertive behavior, and work readiness. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 was conducted to identify the relationships between these variables. The research findings indicate that emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and assertive behavior have a positive and significant influence on the work readiness of FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta students. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing educational programs that promote the development of emotional intelligence, enhance self-efficacy, and strengthen assertive behavior to improve the future work readiness of students. This research contributes significantly to understanding the factors influencing the work readiness of students in the context of higher education, particularly in FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
