%X This study aims to determine the effect of determination factors on the decision to use electronic payments (QRIS) in MSMEs. By using descriptive quantitative research methods, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) methods based on Partial Least Square (PLS) and Measurement Model (Outer Model) Structural Testing (Inner Model). The sampling method is a non-probability sampling method with a sampling method based on consideration using 65 respondents from existing respondents. The results showed that convenience, usefulness, attitude and trust have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use and also trust has a positive and significant effect on attitude while risk does not affect attitude and decision to use.
