%X This study aims to determine the risks that occur in sharia insurance products at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Utami Agency Umbulharjo Yogyakarta and determine the implementation of risk management in sharia insurance products at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Utami Agency Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method by describing events that occur in the field by describing through activities carried out at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Utami Agency Umbulharjo. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use data codification, data presentation, conclusions. The results of this study show (1) Products of PT. Takaful Keluarga Utami Agency Yogyakarta has certain risks related to premium payments, claims, death risk, total disability risk, and late payment risk, (2) The Company has taken various measures, such as payment reminders, and auto debit methods to customers who pay premiums on time, to overcome these risks. PT. Takaful Keluarga Utami Agency Yogyakarta in managing the risks associated with their products has a strong risk management system and various efforts to overcome existing risks, so as to maintain product sustainability and customer satisfaction.
