The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Primary data in this research was obtained from respondents. The sample used was 36 respondents. The results of this research show that simultaneously the quality of work life, employee empowerment, work environment, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, quality of work life, work environment, and compensation have no effect on employee performance.
