%X This research aims to identify financial ratio factors that influence sukuk ratings in Indonesia. The theory that is the basis is Signaling Theory. This research method is quantitative with an ordinal logistic regression approach, taking samples from the financial reports of sukuk issuing companies and sukuk companies that have been rated by PEFINDO and Fitch. Data analysis was carried out using Eviews 10 with the logistic ordinal regression test technique. The research results show that the total asset turnover variable has no influence on changes in sukuk ratings, but the current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio partially have a negative influence on changes in sukuk ratings. Simultaneously, the variables total asset turnover, current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio influence changes in the sukuk rating movement.
