An educational institution seeking to progress and develop must be able to create a positive image in the hearts of the public, which is a necessity that must not be implemented. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the Public Relations Strategy in Building the Image of Madrasas in the Islamic Boarding School Environment (Case Study in Man 1 Tegal). The type of research carried out was qualitative descriptive research. The research was carried out at MAN 1 Tegal. Observations, interviews and documentation were used to obtain data. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are all used in data analysis. Triangulation techniques, such as source triangulation and theory triangulation, are used to carry out data validity techniques. The results of this research show that MAN 1 Tegal public relations has succeeded in implementing a holistic communication strategy to build and maintain a positive image of the institution. Involving a combination of mass media, online and interpersonal communication, public relations actively conveys information about madrasah achievements, programs and policies to the community and student parents. This strategy is reinforced by rapid response, transparency and effectiveness in dealing with crisis situations, demonstrating the institution's readiness and responsibility.
