Tasman Hamami.M.A abstract: Indonesia is a very diverse country. This diversity is the wealth of the Indonesian nation. However, on the other hand, this diversity has the potential to give rise to social conflict which can lead to the disintegration of the nation. In this regard, educational institutions as a forum for social interaction in society, have a substantial role in creating national unity and integrity. This research took place at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Bin Baz Yogyakarta, which has its own uniqueness, namely a multi-ethnic and monoreligious religious school. who is a Salaf manhaj in Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive analytical, using a sociological approach, used to understand how the educational process takes place in the madrasah through the involvement of researchers both directly and indirectly. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation. Validity of data using triangulation of sources and methods. Next, it was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely analyzing the data in three steps: condensing the data (data condensatio), presenting the data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (concluding drawing and verification). The results of the research show that firstly, the implementation of multicultural education at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Bin Baz Yogyakarta is as follows, firstly reflected in the madrasah curriculum, which is carried out based on the principle of deliberation by involving all madrasah parties in formulating learning plans, paying attention to the ethnic diversity of all madrasah residents, secondly in implementation The learning program at the madrasa runs in a democratic spirit, thirdly, the quarantine program for new students is a moment for the madrasa to introduce a diverse madrasa environment. And fourth, it is reflected in the community service program. Through the TPQ program, people's markets, and Ramadhan safaris.
