description: The lack of achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is no longer something new. Various solutions are also present to meet the target of exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is donor breast milk. Non-profit institutions providing breast milk donor services are starting to emerge so that breast milk donation is no longer a strange thing, including in Madiun Regency. The initiative to donate breast milk also came to the mind of a breastfeeding mother in Madiun Regency. Many mothers who have certain health problems and cannot breastfeed their babies choose to look for breast milk donors. However, the practice of donating breast milk has the opportunity for a mahram (raḍa’ah) relationship to arise due to mutual milk which results in a prohibition on marriage. This problem underlies research that focuses on the implications of individual breast milk donation on mahram relationships.   This research is field research, which is analytical descriptive. The research's primary data sources are interviews with breast milk donors and supplemented by authoritative legal sources, while secondary data sources are books, journals and scientific articles. The data collection techniques used interview and documentation methods. The data analysis used was data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then the data obtained was analyzed using a normative approach and using Maṣlaḥah theory.   From the results of research on breast milk donor practices carried out by breastfeeding mothers in Madiun Regency, two conclusions can be noted. First, the practice of donating breast milk to breastfeeding mothers in Madiun Regency provides good benefits to mothers who cannot provide breast milk. Second, the practice of donating breast milk to breastfeeding mothers in Madiun Regency has fulfilled the requirements and harmony of radha'ah in accordance with Islamic religious law and in accordance with the MUI Fatwa. So that the donor and recipient have a marital relationship status (raḍa’ah).
