The collectors (creditors) will provide loans to the craftsmen (debtors) on the condition that the craftsmen must sell all the bricks to the collectors at a price lower than the market price and they are not allowed to make brick sale and purchase transactions to anyone without the collector's permission as long as the craftsmen still have debts. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive analysis approach. This research is research by collecting data according to the truth, by means of interviews, observation and documentation, then describing and analyzing symptoms, events and occurrences that occur according to the actual data. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the practice of conditional debts and receivables in buying and selling bricks in Cappego Hamlet is a multi-contract practice in which there are conditions that combine two contracts in one contract, besides that there are also conditions that limit craftsmen in carrying out transactions and the existence of coercion in transactions. In business ethics, correct business is a business in which there is no coercion and prohibitions on transactions with anyone. Thus, it can be said that the transactions that occurred in Cappego Hamlet were not in accordance with Islamic business ethics.} }
