So that economic growth becomes the main indicator for measuring the success of a country's development, especially in the APEC region. This research aims to examine the influence of education as measured by the average number of years of schooling, labor force as measured by the labor force participation rate, Foreign Direct Investment, and trade openness on economic growth in 12 APEC member countries. The data used in this research is panel data from 12 APEC member countries for the 2000-2021 period. The analysis technique used in this research is static panel data analysis using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The research results show that the independent variables RLS, TPAK, and FDI have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, trade openness has a negative and significant relationship to economic growth.
