        abstract = {This study aims to determine student interest in a career in a islamic banks. To analyze this interest, the researcher used the variables of religiosity, islamic banking knowledge, labor market considerations and self efficacy which were developed from Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The sample for this study is an active student of the Islamic Banking Study Program UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, a total of 180 respondents. This study use a quantitative methodology with a purposive sampling approach, which was analyzed using Partial Least Square. The results of this study found that islamic banking knowledge, labor market consideration and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect, while religiosity had no positive and insignificant effect. This research is expected to provide an overview for tertiary institutions regarding students? interest in careers in Islamic banks.}
