Of course, it must be accompanied by the growth of its human resources, but Islamic banks still lack both in terms of quantity and quality of human resources. 90\% of human resources in Islamic banks have no education in Islamic banking or Islamic economics. Employees who are unfamiliar with the basics of Islamic banking and Islamic economics are more likely to face several difficulties that make it difficult for them to provide services that conform to Islamic standards. Low service standards can be caused by how prepared employees are to do their jobs (Suastini, 2019, pag. 8). The purpose of this study was to determine how individual career adaptation abilities that include career adaptation resources and career adaptation responses to employee job readiness in a workplace that continues to change and develop, and whether job feasibility can be a mediator, especially at Muamalat Bank in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
