        abstract = {This research aims to determine the influence of the social environment, job market considerations and self-efficacy on students' career interest in sharia banking with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative research method with PLS-SEM model analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The research population was Yogyakarta sharia banking students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Alma Ata University and Ahmad Dahlan University with a sample of 157 students and used a sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique. The research data used is primary data obtained from the results of online questionnaire collection. The results of this research show that the social environment, job market considerations and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on students' interest in pursuing a career in Islamic banking.}
