This research uses the ADDIE model approach, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research product was validated by experts and specialists. The instruments used were media assessment sheets to determine validity, student and teacher response questionnaires to measure product practicality, as well as pretest and posttest questions on students' the Qoran reading ability to determine product effectiveness. The field test was carried out on class VIII students at SMP Diponegoro, Depok, Sleman. The results of the research show: (1) problems with learning the Qoran include: audio-visual learning media for the Qoran is still lacking, teachers rarely use IT in teaching the Qoran, students lack motivation in learning, grades and abilities students' reading of the Qoran has not yet reached the target, (2) Media development produces movement-based the Qoran learning media products (MPQu-Berkah) in the form of Makh?riju al-hur?f and ?if?tu al-hur?f, Harakat, and Mad learning videos. MPQu-Berkah validation by media experts averaged 4.55 and material experts averaged 4.34 indicating the media is in the valid category (3) Media feasibility test; the average student response was 4.46 and the average teacher helpfulness was 4.40, indicating the media was in the appropriate category; The media practicality test was based on an average student response of 4.47 and an average teacher response of 4.47, indicating that the media was stated to be practical. (4) The media effectiveness test showed an increase in Makh?riju al-hur?f and ?if?tu al-hur?f competency scores by 11%. , competency in character recognition 28%, and competency in mad (long reading) 33% so that the media is declared effective in improving the quality of reading the Qoran.
