        abstract = {Through social media, deaf people have made TikTok a powerful platform to voice their experiences, communicate through sign language, and share their unique views of the world. One prominent figure in this effort is a deaf individual who has built a large and influential following on TikTok. Like the owner of the TikTok account @jennifernatalie\_, she is very aggressive in educating the public in general regarding deaf disabilities. Apart from that, he also provides education to the wider community regarding how to communicate with deaf people. This research uses this type of qualitative research which aims to explain the phenomenon in as much depth as possible through data collection as in-depth as possible. This research focuses more on a social phenomenon which is intended to describe or explain the condition of the object being studied as it is. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected is in the form of words, images, and not numbers. Based on the results of research and understanding which refers to the stated problem formulation, it can be concluded that, in the public's perception of Tik Tok content for people with deaf disabilities which focuses on the Tik Tok account @jennifernatalie\_, it can be concluded that the public's perception is mostly positive, they support the activities carried out by @jennifernatalie\_ to continue to increase creativity and work. @jennifernatalie\_ is a character who is loved, cared for, appreciated and respected because of her courage and creativity.}
