This research is a quantitative type of research. The variable used is a single variable, namely the quality of e-resources services. Sampling by incidental sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis technique. Data was processed using IBM SPSS software version 25 for windows. The results showed that the quality of central library e-resources service at Ahmad Dahlan University with the dimensions of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy had a score of 3.13 in the satisfied category. Therefore, it can be interpreted that user satisfaction with the quality of e-resources service at the central library of Ahmad Dahlan University is at a satisfied level.
