Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Informant determination technique using purposive sampling, while for data analysis using Miles Huberman theory consisting of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study concluded that one of the competencies of PEVITA librarians in facing the era of digital disruption is to be open to the development of information technology by creating a kind of podcast and having a willingness to learn new technologies by following coaching, mentoring, and by viewing videos from youtube, the second by innovating in collaboration with jogjalib and, the third in promoting research Pevita librarians utilize social media and scientific journal websites such as google scholar and researchgate for PEVITA librarians to pour ideas and PEVITA librarians also become researchers by making scientific journals that carry the theme of the library and successfully published, the fourth in providing excellent service PEVITA librarians have competence by having positive and effective communication to understand, the fifth competence of PEVITA librarians in providing alternative information is to work with Bank Indonesia which is called Bianca reading corner, the sixth competence of PEVITA librarians in anticipating new information access media is by promoting the socialization of digital services in libraries and using social media as a promotion of library services, then PEVITA librarians held a library tour, SASKIA, KLARA which, the seventh in the utilization of information resources in the digital era Pevita librarians have the competence to optimize virtual services in the library and also become a means to promote its services, the eighth competence librarians in meeting the needs of users is by collaborating with various parties, for example, by donating books held by PEVITA Library Services called bank buku, in addition, then Pevita librarians can estimate the potential information needed for the next year.} }
