%X The united study of law and political sociology seems to be not done a lot by various people. Althought study about political sociology, law sociology or lingking politics and law have been done by some scientists, but the effort to link sociology, politics and law are still few, both theoritically and empirically. These third sciences put together human and society as the object of research, they always link substantively in reality, even though the product of law. i.e the legal constitution in all variations, are the out come of political institutions, meanwhile political institutions (legislative, executive, and judicial) are the sociological reprecentation of society. The law produced by political institution that taken from aspiration and political participation of society, will be the source of customs, norms and rules for social life. Without the rules that bound social and political life of a society, it is obviously anarxisme will be existed, disorder will be emerged all the time. In conclution, the civilized life will be difficult to be achieved. And so will be the law, without the existence of a legal and democratic to achieve the orderliness.
