The formulation of the problem in this research is how is media literacy competency on social media Twitter in the Indonesian BTS (ARMY) fan community. This research is a quantitative research. The data that has been collected using the method of observation and filling out a questionnaire for 99 respondents, then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis technique using the mean and grand mean formulas. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling technique to make decisions according to certain considerations. Based on the European Commission, an analysis of media literacy competencies can be measured by the concept of the Individual Competency Framework which consists of four sub-variables. The results showed that the first, the technical skills sub-variable, obtained a score of 3.21 which means good. Second, critical understanding obtains an average score of 3.41 which means it is very good. Third, communicative abilities get a score of 2.82 which means good. Fourth, social relations get a score of 2.52 which means good. Thus, media literacy competence on Twitter social media obtains an average score of 2.96 so that it can be concluded that media literacy competence on Twitter social media in the Indonesian BTS (ARMY) community is good based on a score range of 2,50 {\ensuremath{<}} X {$\leq$} 3,25. Through this research it is hoped that the Indonesian BTS fan community (ARMY) can increase discussion activities among themselves in the search for credible sources of information. Thus the Indonesian BTS (ARMY) fan community is able to select, analyze, and evaluate the needs for quality information and media content, the information received is accountable, and in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian BTS (ARMY) fan community.} }
