This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate), limited to the Development stage. The biology education RPG utilizes instruments such as questionnaires for expert assessment, peer reviewers, biology teachers, and student responses. The research subjects include 1 content expert, 1 media expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher, and 15 12th-grade students at MA Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo. The object of this research is the biology education RPG application on Mendel's law material for 12th-grade students in high school/MA. The results of this research include 1) the development of biology education RPG on Mendel's law material for 12th-grade high school/MA students, 2) the overall quality of biology education RPG on Mendel's law material for 12th-grade high school/MA students is excellent (SB). The quality of the biology education RPG is indicated by a percentage of 94.75%, 3) student responses during limited trials were 95% with excellent quality (SB). Thus, the quality of the biology education RPG on Mendel's law material for 12th-grade high school/MA students is excellent and suitable for use by both teachers and students in the learning process %Z Pembimbing: Dian Noviar, S.Pd., M.Pd.Si
