This has resulted in a decline in the morals of the younger generation. To answer this problem, religious culture is trying to be realized through the implementation of the curriculum for Islamic religious education subjects. In article 3 of UUSPN no. 20/2003 national education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. For people Islamic religious culture is very strongly applied both within each individual as well as in everyday life. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is measured by extended observation, persistence of observation, triangulation and checking. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results of the research show that Religious Culture in the implementation of the Islamic Education subject curriculum at MI Nurrohmah Bina Insani and at SD Muhammadiyah Mrisi is implementing the same strategies, including power strategy, persuasive strategy and normative re-education. Both institutions have similarities in implementing a combined curriculum, namely the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. Strategies for realizing religious culture in implementing the PAI curriculum also have similarities, including 1) adding hours to subjects and subject families, 2) improving the quality of learning, 2) developing talent interests through extracurricular activities, and 4) development through cultivation of religious values. %Z Pembimbing: Prof. Zulkipli Lessy, M.Ag., M.S.W., Ph.D
