The object of study is MAN 3 Sleman. The research data used were primary and secondary data obtained from grade XI MAN 3 Sleman students. The tools used in the study were SPSS and Microsoft Exel. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The Learning Motivation variable has a positive effect on learning outcomes by 29.8%. The variable of Technology Use does not have a significant effect on the variable of learning outcomes. The Peer Environment Influence Variable has a significant effect on Learning Outcomes by -35.6%. Simultaneously, Variables of Learning Motivation, Use of Technology, and Peer Environment have a significantly affected by 21.1% on the variable Arabic Learning Outcomes of grade XI MAN 3 Sleman students. Madrasah needs to pay attention to the implementation of student motivation and enthusiasm programs, integration of the use of technology, and maintaining a peer environment to be more optimal in learning and can achieve the maximum expected learning outcomes. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Nurhadi, S.Ag, MA
