Based on Article 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2019 concerning Land Consolidation, namely a policy of restructuring control, ownership, use and utilization of land and spatial planning according to spatial planning and efforts to provide land for public purposes in order to improve the quality of the environment and maintenance of natural resources by involving active community participation. Sinduadi Village is one of the areas that is the object of implementing land consolidation, this is because the Sinduadi Village area is found to have a lot of disorderly land use and it is feared that it will become a dense residential area. The land consolidation location object was chosen in Sinduadi Village because this area is an agglomeration in Sleman Regency and a buffer area for Yogyakarta City. The method in this research uses a descriptive - analytical method, namely an effort to collect data and compile data, then analyze the data. All data obtained will be processed using deductive methods to be analyzed and adjusted to the facts that occur in the field. The results of research on the Regional Spatial Planning (RSP) in Sinduadi District, its implementation took 24 years and caused the area to change its function from rice fields to residential yards. In fact, the land in the Sinduadi Village area is classified as productive agricultural land. After the implementation of land consolidation, social changes occurred in the area and had an impact on farmers, such as the farmer changing their profession to become a construction worker and agricultural production decreased.} }
