The growing number causes growing economic losses as well. People with psychotics need social support and rehabilitation for recovery. Therefore, Camp Assessment provides support based on the Regional Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta number 1 of 2014. One of the supports provided is group guidance to help develop psychotic social interactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the stages of group guidance to develop psychotic social interaction skills at the Social Service Assessment Camp of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with methods of collecting observational data, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were group guidance instructors and psychotic clients. The results of the study were the stages of group guidance to develop psychotic social interaction skills in the Assessment Camp, covering five stages. First, the formation stage which contains the formation of groups, explanation of the understanding and purpose of activities and joint prayer. Second, the intermediate stage which contains an explanation of the activities to be taken, asking about readiness and increasing client participation. Third, the activity stage contains the delivery of topics or material by the instructor, the client presents the topic freely and questions and answers with the instructor, as well as deeper and more thorough discussion of the topic. Fourth, the conclusion stage which contains asking members again to express the results of activities, as well as instructor activities asking members to convey impressions, messages and expectations.
