This research uses a qualitative field research approach that analyzes data descriptively using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 3 people, namely 1 student and 2 student patients who experienced academic stress. The research results show that there are 3 stages used in ruqyah therapy, namely the initial stage, the core stage, and the final stage. In the initial stage, namely analyzing the patient before starting ruqyah therapy. At the core stage, peruqyah begins to read selected verses taken from the Koran. The final stage is the stage where the peruqyah will provide advice, support and encouragement to the patient. %Z Pembimbing: Anggi Jatmiko M.A
