In the realm of home industry, there are various ways of development. Like the Tropico carica home industry located in Gembol village. Besides serving as a side business for its owner, Tropico also serves as a source of livelihood for several housewives in Gembol Village. The aim of this research is to describe how strategies and challenges in developing the carica beverage business contribute to improving family economics in Gembol Village. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research titled "Strategies for Developing Carica Beverage Business as a Means of Improving Family Economics: A Home Industry Study in Gembol Village, Pejawaran Subdistrict, Banjarnegara District" indicate that strategies for developing the carica beverage business as a means of improving family economics include product innovation, sustainable strategies, and networking strategies through resellers. Challenges in developing the carica beverage business as a means of improving family economics involve both internal and external factors. Internal factors include decreased demand after Eid, limited production capacity, and the existence of a consignment system.
