In carrying out its corporate social responsibility, PT. Pertamina TBBM Rewulu collaborates with marginalized groups, namely people with disabilities who are often neglected and marginalized, who have always received a negative stigma from society because of their limitations and helplessness. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the implementation of the disabled empowerment program carried out by CSR PT. Pertamina TBBM Rewulu in the Pinilih Batik Group and what benefits the Pinilih Batik Group receives. The method used is descriptive qualitative field research. In determining informants and taking samples using purposive sampling techniques based on predetermined criteria. The analysis technique used in this research goes through four stages, namely data collection techniques, data reduction, presentation and verification of data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that good CSR practices of PT. Pertamina TBBM Rewulu in the Pinilih Batik Group is PT's CSR. Pertamina TBBM Rewulu has carried out an empowerment program for people with disabilities that is tailored to the conditions and needs of people with disabilities, starting from program planning according to the needs of people with disabilities, involving people with disabilities in empowerment activities, using a group approach, facilitating programs according to the needs of people with disabilities and regular monetization and evaluation. Then the benefits that can be obtained for disabled groups are increasing skills and experience, increasing income, increasing group solidarity, increasing self-confidence and improving health services. %Z Pembimbing: Beti Nur Hayati, M.A.
