%X Women are still shackled in patriarchal rules and culture, oppressed and limited in their space to move, giving rise to many movements, the importance of women's equal rights and freedom from the structural domination of civilization that does not favor women. Avoskin sees this as an opportunity to form a community, namely the RUBI Community. RUBI Community exists as an online community to bring about change and empower Indonesian women. The aim of this research is to find out how and what forms of empowerment through online communities can be carried out by RUBI Community. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a virtual ethnographic research approach, which is a qualitative study of individuals or groups with the aim of systematically describing cultural characteristics more deeply in their own time and space, collecting data using in-depth observation and interviews as data. supporter. Using the theory of Positive Youth Development (PYD) and the stage theory according to Chabib Sholeh about cultivating the desire and desire to change until you are able to improve yourself automatically. Based on data that researchers observed and found from RUBI Community, researchers found many new things in the stages of women's empowerment carried out by RUBI Community, this online community was able to attract more than 8,000 Indonesian women to join through social media, and carry out empowerment through forms and concepts of empowerment. which is new and very unique. RUBI Community Empowers students using class concepts, challenges and mutual support between members.
