        abstract = {Nickel has emerged as a highly sought-after mineral commodity, particularly due to the increasing demand in the electric vehicle industry. Indonesia, endowed with abundant nickel ore reserves, stands as a prominent player in this sector. This study scrutinizes the determinants of Indonesia's nickel exports to its six main trading partner countries through panel data regression analysis. The findings underscore the significant collective influence of GDP per capita, economic distance, exchange rate, and population of trading partners on Indonesia's nickel exports. Furthermore, partial analysis reveals a significant positive impact of GDP per capita, economic distance, and exchange rate of trading partners, while the population of trading partners exerts a negative yet insignificant influence.}
