The method used is a quantitative approach with the Purposive Sampling method. The analytical tool used is IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this research show that the satisfaction and company image variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, the relationship marketing variable does not have a significant influence on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. %Z Pembimbing: Rifaatul Indana, S.E.I.,M.E.
