This research is field research or field research that uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method in this study used nonprobability sampling with cluster and purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research was 130 students. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. Data was processed using SmartPLS version 4.0.9.9. The independent variables in this research are self-efficacy, financial rewards, and job market considerations, and students' interest in pursuing a career in Islamic financial institutions as the dependent variable. The results of this research show that self-efficacy and financial rewards do not affect students' interest in pursuing a career in sharia financial institutions. Meanwhile, job market considerations have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in pursuing a career in sharia financial institutions.} }
